Basic Martial Arts Programs for Ages 5-7

Our children’s class for ages 5-7 focuses on developing self- control, respect for others, and a positive attitude while teaching the basic techniques of the martial arts. Self-defense training is an important part of this class, with a focus on general child safety skills. Kids love it!

Martial Arts Programs for Ages 8-14

The children’s classes for ages 8-14 is geared toward providing a fun martial arts curriculum for beginners while instilling the positive, life-changing benefits of the Korean martial arts traditions: respect for others, self-confidence, courtesy, obedience, humility, perseverance, honesty, integrity, and self-control. This class emphasizes goal-setting and positive reinforcement of success habits whilst teaching children how to stay safe and avoid violent confrontations. Tons of fun!

Martial Arts Programs

Business Class – This program for businessmen & women teaches the basic punching, kicking, and self-defense techniques of the Korean Hapki-Do and Taekwondo martial arts. This program is geared specifically towards the needs of businesspeople. Fitness, strength, and flexibility will increase dramatically, stress will be reduced, and students will learn basic or advanced self-defense skills. Memory, concentration, and focus will sharpen, along with your ability to react quickly and accurately to all situations. You will discover and feel your power, understand your ability, and develop new ways to overcome obstacles and achieve in your life and business.

Black Belt Training Program for Children, Teens, and Adults

The Black Belt Training Program is for the serious and dedicated martial arts student that has set a long-term goal of earning their Black Belt, in Taekwondo or Hapkido. Students in the Black Belt Training Program learn all the required patterns, self-defense, and free-sparing techniques to earn their Black Belt Certification. This class is for the student that desires to go all the way to Black Belt, and beyond. (Separate classes for children and adults).

Ladies' self-defence training

is designed to equip women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to protect themselves in various situations. The focus is on practical techniques and strategies that can be applied effectively in real-life scenarios. Ladies' self-defence training aims to empower women with the skills and confidence needed to protect themselves. The holistic approach addresses both physical and psychological aspects, fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience. Ongoing practice and reinforcement of these skills are typically encouraged to maintain proficiency.

An anti-bullying self-defence class

combines elements of traditional self-defence training with a focus on preventing and responding to bullying situations. These classes aim to empower individuals not only with physical self-defence skills but also with the knowledge and mindset to prevent and respond to bullying in a proactive and effective manner. Additionally, fostering a supportive community within the class helps individuals feel more confident and capable in standing up against bullying.
